The business integration of two companies, Monex, Inc. and Nikko Beans, Inc. occurred on August 2, 2004 through the establishment of a common holding company named " Monex Beans Holdings, Inc." ("MBH", currently Monex Group, Inc.) by way of share transfers. Through the integration, Monex and Nikko Beans became wholly owned subsidiaries of MBH, respectively.
